FieldstonePelvic-floor timers and guided sessions for men past 40
Fitted to your answers and your week
You still want her. You want to feel at home in your own body when she wants you back.
Plenty of members noticed it after 40: less drive, broken sleep from trips to the bathroom, a gym or a workday that asks more than it used to, and a bedroom where they want to feel like themselves with her again. Fieldstone is the daily companion they open for it. Kegel and pelvic-floor sessions, hip mobility, exhale counts and trunk work, timed and reminded, all built around each man's answers, calendar and log.

On your ownThe usual waysWith Fieldstone
Picking the exercise
A guess, half remembered from a poster at the gym.
A saved video made for a 25-year-old with a free morning.
Fieldstone picks today's set from your answers and yesterday's log.
Timing every rep
Counting in your head and losing the count by rep six.
Pausing and rewinding a clip to keep up.
A tone and a light buzz for each phase, so the screen can stay dark.
Remembering to do it
All on you, on top of everything else.
A class at 7 pm that rarely fits a working week.
Reminders dropped into the real gaps of your calendar.
A bad day
The habit stops quietly, and nobody notices.
The plan runs on as if the day had gone fine.
Fieldstone shortens or moves the session. No scolding, no lost badge.
The bedroom question
Nobody to ask.
Jokes from friends, or silence.
Plain written guides, man to man, inside the members' app.

A filled block is a job left with you. With Fieldstone, the one left is showing up.
A stock plan next to a Fieldstone plan
Most routines hand every man one block at one hour. Fieldstone starts from three things about you and rebuilds the day from them.

Guides for two when you choose them
Eight questions to begin
Age bracket, work rhythm, sleep, how often you train, and what you'd like more of with your partner.
Your working hours
Fieldstone reads the windows you allow and places reminders where there is room.
What you logged
Every set you tick, skip or shorten changes what tomorrow's screen shows.
Five positions the timer knows by name
Each Kegel and pelvic-floor session is built from these. The app shows the position, counts the tension and the release, and tells you when to switch.
The kit most members use: a stool, a towel and a phone.
Face-up, feet planted
The starting position. Back on a towel, feet flat, arms loose. Slow sets of tension and release on the tone.
Upright on a stool
Weight even on both sit bones, spine tall. A quiet set that fits a desk or a parked moment.
Tall at the kitchen counter
Feet under hips, hands resting on the counter, short pulses while the kettle or the coffee runs.
Bridge with a pause at the top
Hips rise, a count at the top, a slow lowering. Fieldstone times the pause from your log.
Deep squat, palms together
Sink low with elbows inside the thighs, rest there and exhale long. The timer sets how long.
Alongside the pelvic work
Hip openers between sets
Lunges, slow rotations and a frog stretch, each with its own countdown.
Long exhale counts
In for four, out for six, paced by a soft tone. Many members use it right before sleep.
Trunk bracing
Dead bugs, side planks and slow carries, set to your training days.
Intimacy positions, explained plainly for members
This is the part men rarely find anywhere decent. Fieldstone keeps a short set of written guides on positions for the two of you, chosen for comfort, connection and tempo. They describe how to set up, never anything graphic.
Where men usually look
Forums: crude, loud, or a joke at someone's expense.
Glossy lists: vague, and written for nobody in particular.
Fieldstone: calm guides written for a man over 40 and the woman he's with.
Back to chest, unhurried
Both turned the same way, pillows behind and between. Chosen for comfort on a tired evening and for talking close.
Facing her, pillows behind you
Propped up against the headboard so your back is supported and eye contact is easy.
Let the slower partner lead
A guide on tempo: who sets it, how to ask, how to pause without breaking the mood.
The guides for two open only when a member switches them on in Settings.
Who Fieldstone is the wrong fit for
Members join knowing exactly what the app is. So here is what it isn't.
Men looking for a treatment
Fieldstone is timers, sessions and written guides. It isn't a clinic, a pill or a diagnosis. Pain, a worry or a symptom is something to take to a doctor first.
Men who want explicit content
The guides for two talk about comfort, connection and tempo. Nothing graphic lives in the app.
Anyone after a dramatic overnight story
Fieldstone doesn't measure your body and doesn't promise anything about it. It times, reminds and guides, and the rest stays your own business.
Men who want a live coach on video
There are no calls and no trainer on camera. The coaching is the plan itself, refitted from what you log.
What days one to seven look like, honestly
No highlight reel. This is the plain run of a new member's start, fiddly parts included.
1Eight questions, one short sessionAbout four minutes of answers, then a first face-up set with the tone.
2A reminder lands at a bad timeMost members move one. Drag it, and Fieldstone remembers the new slot.
3Finding the right squeeze is fiddlyA short written how-to covers it in plain words. Many read it twice.
4The bridge joins the planAdded because day two and three were logged. Skipped days push it later.
5A skipped dayIt happens. The next screen is simply shorter, with no streak lost and no nagging.
6The guides for two, if you want themOff by default. One switch in Settings opens them.
7A review screenKeep the times, change them, or ask for shorter blocks next week.
Two ways to be a member
Every plan opens every timer, session, reminder and guide. The only difference is how long you join for.

How long does a day with Fieldstone take?
Sessions run from 2 to 12 minutes, and Fieldstone splits them into blocks that fit the windows you allow. On a packed day it offers one short block instead of three.
Does anything show on my lock screen?
Reminders read as plain words like "Session ready" by default. The guides for two stay off until you switch them on, and the app icon is a simple shape with no wording.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly later?
Yes. In Settings, Membership, the change takes effect at your next renewal date, and the price shown there is the one you'll be charged.
